Include the following information. It helps us reproduce the issue instead of guessing what happened.
- Tool name: The name shown at the top of the page.
- Tool page link: Copy the full URL from your browser.
- Device: Phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.
- Browser: For example, Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
- Steps: Briefly explain what you selected and which button you pressed.
- Expected result: What you wanted the tool to create.
- Actual result: What the tool created or which error appeared.
- Screenshot: Optional, but useful when it does not contain private information.
Protect sensitive information: Do not email or message unredacted passports, identity cards, cheques, financial records, addresses or other confidential files. Use a sample file or hide private details first.
Before contacting us
