Enter each product name, normal price, optional sale price, SKU and number of tags. For a long list, use the sample CSV format.
Choose a currency and add an optional brand name, short message or logo. Your image stays in the current browser.
Unlock the design, select an item and drag it into place. Use the size slider, then choose Lock design and generate sheet.
Select A4 or US Letter paper. Auto best fit chooses portrait or landscape to place more tags on each page.
Review every page, then create a PDF, PNG pages or print directly. Always select Actual size or 100%.

How do I make many product price tags at once?
Add each item and set its tag quantity, or import a CSV file with product name, price, sale price, SKU and quantity columns. The tool automatically creates as many pages as needed.
Can I import products from Excel?
Yes. Save the Excel sheet as a CSV file, then import it. Use the Sample CSV button to download the supported column format.
Can I make sale price tags?
Yes. Enter a normal price and a lower sale price. The sale price is shown clearly, and you can display the crossed original price.
Can I move or remove text and the logo on my price tag?
Yes. Unlock the design, choose Logo, Brand, Sale badge, Product name, Price, Old price, SKU or Message, then move, resize or hide it. A hidden item can be shown again before you lock the design.
Can I print a different number of tags for each product?
Yes. Enter a separate Tags value for every product, or use Apply to all products when every item needs the same quantity.
Can I create hang tags for handmade products?
Yes. Choose a larger tag size such as 60 × 40 mm and turn on the hang-hole guide in Advanced Settings.
Does the tool support A4 and US Letter paper?
Yes. It supports A4, US Letter, A5 and custom paper sizes in portrait or landscape direction.
How do I keep the printed tag size accurate?
Download the PDF and print with Actual size or 100% selected. Turn off Fit to page, Shrink and other scaling options.
Why is part of the outer tag not printing?
Some printers cannot print at the paper edge. Open Advanced Settings and use the 5 mm safe margin button.
Are my product names, prices or logo uploaded?
No. The project is created inside your browser. PrintyTools does not receive or store the product list or logo.
What happens when the tags need more than one page?
The PDF and direct-print options include every page. PNG output downloads one file for a single page or a ZIP file when several pages are required.
