Type the sender name and address once. It will appear in the upper-left area of every envelope.
Use Single envelope for one recipient. Use Bulk and CSV to paste a mailing list or import addresses from a spreadsheet.
Choose the visual card that matches the package. Turn on Rotate 90° only when your printer feeds envelopes sideways.
Print the test on plain paper first and hold it over the envelope. Use Advanced Settings if an address needs to move left, right, up or down.
Download the PDF or print all envelopes. Select Actual size or 100% and disable every Fit or Scale option.

How do I print multiple addresses on separate envelopes?
Paste one recipient address block, add a blank line, then paste the next address. Download the PDF or choose Print all envelopes. Every recipient is placed on a separate envelope page.
Can I import envelope addresses from Excel?
Yes. Save the Excel sheet as a CSV file, then import it. The supported columns are name, company, address1, address2, city, state, postal and country.
Can I add a logo to an envelope?
Yes. Upload a JPG, PNG or WEBP logo. It appears beside the return address, and its width can be changed in Advanced Settings.
What is the standard business envelope size?
A US #10 business envelope is approximately 9.5 × 4.125 inches. DL envelopes are commonly used for business mail in Europe and measure 220 × 110 mm.
Which envelope size is used for a 5 × 7 invitation?
An A7 invitation envelope is commonly used for a 5 × 7 inch card. The envelope is about 7.25 × 5.25 inches, but always confirm the size on your envelope package.
Why is the address printing in the wrong position?
First turn off Fit to page and scaling. Print the alignment test on plain paper. Then use the horizontal and vertical position controls to correct the remaining printer shift.
When should I rotate the addresses 90 degrees?
Use Rotate 90° when the printer requires the envelope to enter by its short edge or sideways. The alignment test helps confirm the correct feed direction.
Are my mailing addresses uploaded or stored?
No. Address parsing, preview and export happen inside the browser. PrintyTools does not receive or store the addresses.
How should I load envelopes into my printer?
Printer trays differ. Check the small envelope diagram on the tray or the printer manual. Start with one plain-paper test and one envelope before printing the full list.
